2026 Labor Day Retreat Registration

Back by popular demand, the USNH retreat weekend in the beautiful Berkshire hills has returned! Please join us for the Labor Day weekend of relaxing, playing, singing, swimming, breaking bread and connecting with your USNH besties and besties-soon-to-be!

Location: Chimney Corners YMCA camp in Becket, MA.

Check-in begins at 10 am, Saturday, September 5, 2026

Departure no later than 2 pm on Monday, September 7, 2026

Meals: Saturday lunch, and dinner, Sunday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Monday breakfast and lunch

REGISTRATION FEES
Registration includes 2 nights lodging, 7 meals, and activities and is based on type of lodging and age on September 5, 2026.

All youth under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult

Full payment is required upon registration (credit card for online registration)
Financial assistance may be available - contact the committee if needed

Cancellation - a full refund is available by August 21, no refunds August 22 or later

LODGES
$335 per adult (age 13 and up) in a single occupancy room
$285 per adult in a room with 2+ people
$180 per child ages 4-12 (must be in a room with an adult)
No charge for children ages 3 and under

CABINS
$230 per adult (age 13 and up) in a cabin with 2 or more people
$180 per child ages 4-12 (must be in a cabin with an adult)
No charge for children ages 3 and under

(Note that retreaters bring their own bedding, pillows, and towels.)

Housing Preference

Because of a robust number of registrations, housing preferences will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate everyone as they wish, but appreciate your flexibility.

There are two kinds of housing available:

Lodges are simple dormitory style buildings with electricity and shared dorm-style bathrooms

Cabins are rustic (although recently rebuilt), no electricity, 10 bunkbeds per cabin, with a shared separate bath house; one per family, or can share with another

Payment

Full payment for retreaters age 4 and older (as of 9/5/26) is required with registration.
Registration is fully refundable if cancelled by August 21.
Sorry, but there are no refunds for cancellation August 22 or later.

If you would like to make a donation to the Retreat Scholarship Fund, you will help make this retreat accessible to all. Donations in any amount are gratefully received.
